All photos came from a Canon 5D digital SLR body. Photo 3 was shot with a Canon 17-40mm f/4 zoom lens at ISO 400 and f/16. All the other shots are at ISO 200. Photos 6, 8, 10, 11 and 14 were done with a Canon 100mm f/2.8 macro lens with extension tubes. The rest used a cheap Canon 50mm f/18 lens with 12 and 20mm extension tubes. The camera aperture setting for most of the extreme close-ups was around f/2.8, resulting in actual apertures of f/4-5.6 with the tubes. All shots are hand-held; the area of the Dahlia Garden in Golden Gate Park is very windy.
